I bet if we r only playing with build16 more clans wont sign up... maybe if we only play with b16 i wont play and i know many other players they wont too.

Im not exactly sure what you're saying here, but if you mean that if we only allow people to use b16 and nothing else, people are going to be reluctant to sign up. 

We are not forcing anyone this season to use b16 due to a number of people voicing their problems with it.

I wish people would voice their problems with it to me so I could fix the problems...

Agreed, from what i have gathered, it's mainly International players.  One person said it took up a large amount of its system resources while previous builds did not.  I forget who has actually voiced problems with b16, but it would only make sense if they told you and not us about their problems.
