how to make rain?

i have now seen a rain script from vic in different maps like zemer and cwc. And my question is how to make a script such this (or some others like in zen_europaint) and use it in bsp.
I hope u can help me.

ye that is my question, too. And whats a target_speaker or a for what do i need a func_timer?

Release maps like Chefkiller, Dirty-Taco, Cusoman, etc.
Then is rain useful.
