How could they notice the country, if there're no national flags on jersey or somewhere else yet? For me the selection of the ingame shown players is one of the least important things.

I think names are always bad for a game trailer, because it should represent the game and not represent certain players.

National flags would be ok, but it's an other point. It's not necessary that the player really come from these countries.

This is the way pb trailer should look like.
I think that this trailer is perfect. It shows some tracks and gameplay (with few cars togheter).
In pb case, trailer could show some maps, jumps, bunch of players fighting...with a lots of camera views.
Imagine epic scene at shazam33 where in slow motion two opposing sides going to confront at the middle of the bridge and than in normal speed start to shoot.
And in the end of trailer pb official logo and website.

Trackmania Nations Forever - Paintball 2

thousands of tracks - seven maps played over and over in one crappy server
millions of players - about 30 active players!
free and for all - free and for all except about million hackers

Anyway, nice trailer. Would be nice to see something like that for paintball. I don´t know why to put shazam33 there, just take few dirty tacos maps, show some magic jumps and nice shots and that´s all.
