This is just them trying to hide that they've been using hacks for a long time... By trying to be banned for the most recent hacks before anything is found out...
They found out their hack was detected, and are quitting the game since they can't use the hack anymore.
Don't be surprised when more hackers show up either "confessing" like them, or start being caught for this same thing... Even when trying leave the game they can't trick anyone... Their last attempt to try and save face.
