Toxiic is right, he is banned for skills. Basically, he's sooooo bad, that jitspoe had to ban him, so that newbies don't think they can't make any progress in this game.

When the Cheat Detection catches you playing when you aren't meant to, it produces a 'hit'.

ie When you get kicked from a server for being Globally Banned, that will produce a hit.
