i was playing just an hour ago and i had a server list but now there are none and i cant login pls help and i havnt changed anything

its most likely your connection. try to reset the modem for 30 seconds then turn it on again after 30 sec is gone.

A common trick to resetting modems is whacking yourself in the face with a hammer. =\
