[CC] Streaming Matches

We at College Court have decided to start streaming the majority of our matches.

This will allow the 'less fortunate' an insiders view on how we play, and hopefully attract some other gamers to give DP a try.

Quality is being tweaked with, but we believe we got it pretty good now.

3 seconds is way too long to "steal" recon. Takes 3 seconds to do the cat jump on PP1.

And the quality is capped by upload speed. We probably won't be able to get any better quality since our upload speeds are garbage. Mainly due to the fact we home run our servers and force lag all occupants. :rollseyes:

Even with a decent upload speed connection most of our hardware is working that much harder to provide the stream and almost makes it impossible to play on our end.

We've been trying to let someone stay observer and watch the match that way as well. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy the stream.
