Well for a start have you followed the instrustions that have been posted on this website?
and if so, i reckon your main problem would be at the Port Forwarding part, as it always catches everyone out and your probably 12y and dont really understand it.

You probably need to forward the port on your router.

This reminds me - I should really look into implementing UPnP port forwarding. I've added a feature vote for that here: http://dplogin.com/dplogin/featurevote/feature.php?id=10276
