newbie pubs

Felt this needed another topic.

I remember a a small few years ago there were newbie pubs specifically designed for new players? My memory is fading in regards to these servers, however I was hoping someone could refresh my memory, or perhaps advise me on how I could open up one of these servers. Would be nice for new people; I remember the servers being useful for me (if such a thing existed)

EDIT: I was just told theres no way to deny players, seems I was mistaken about the nature of these beginner pubs.

oh yes i remember these but i dont remember the names did did tart (tart's dirty den) have one ?

I think it might have been Qehs Beginner Pub? Really cant remember.

Yes QeHs had Beginner Servers, but all players played there, not only beginners.
