[Feature] Underwater Breath Meter

When you are underwater
there should be a breath meter to display how long you have left b4 you drown

Not a bad idea, but it doesn't seem worth the effort of implementing.

You have sound warnings when running low on air. Can be implemented, but certainly is not very high on priority list.
