Another problem

So ever since last night i've been getting awkward lags, My internet speed is fine this time, not like im getting 'Internet explorer cannot display this webpage'. It's only effecting digital paintball 2.

My movement is all over the place but my balls are coming out fine, i just constantly lag around the map and can barely jump but when i start shooting my balls fly out normally. Whereas in my last problems its ALL been effected in which my balls would be delayed and shizz. so yeah some help would be grateful if anyone has any ideas

tell us about ur computer..
sometimes i get that but i just restart and it works fine.

Well as i said 'last night' since then my computer has been turned off and back on. Also my router was off all night as i thought it might resolve it.
If you check the demo you'll see exactly what im talking about, don't really know how to describe it but it's just ME thats lagging around, without having anything else effected, the gameplay in the background is still smooth (other players movement) and as i said, the balls are at a constant flow when im shooting.

is it just paintball 2 or does it do it with every game? or whatever.
plus what does your cpu usage get to when your playing?

Do you have a copy of your old config so we might be able to track down what the problem was?

My guess is, perhaps, the rate setting?

I am not 100% sure, but i think we two are not the only ones getting this problem.

Ok, I think I see what the problem is:

seta cl_cmdrate "5"

That's the rate at which you (as a client) send data to the server.  It should probably be at least 30.
