I actually started going at this in bsp and comparing it while  mapping to the original wobluda map and even though I'm not the best mapper, I'm mimicking it very well so far.

It's not going to be exact but so far so good an I think that I will continue playing with it and see where it goes.

It doesn't have to be released or anything but as soon as I start making more of the map I will release some screenshots and possibly the map file itself just so people can try it out and see what they think of it.

In all honesty the two high paths are useless esp if they are directly above current paths. Wobluda has great gameplay as it is. There is absolutely no reason to remake the map. I do agree with a seperate path to two from ice could be cool. But you want to put stairs from main to flag two. The maps fine as it is, if you miss flag two you shouldn't be able to just walk up stairs to it. You should now be at a disadvantage since you failed the jump. Pbcup-pforest is another great example of what I mean.

Except you can trickjump to 2 on pbcup_pforest in like 2 secs.

I really don't know if I'm not speaking clearly here when saying this for about the 3rd or 4th time now but I guess I can say it again. I never said "this is what I'm doing to the map and that's the way it is.." These were all just ideas....I've said that countless times no this forum now.

I agree some of the new paths are pointless, but I was just brainstorming, throwing out whatever came to mind first and if it was good it was, if it wasn't then it wasn't. Also The stairs to 2 isn't that bad of an idea if it's done right and neatly.

Most maps that have a jump to flag have alternative ways to get to the flag for if you miss the jump. Like on wobluda, the cave that is there, it's for people who cannot jump to 2 obviously.

i noticed theres bad shadows and stuff load it up in paintball 2.exe then look up at the sky and type angles should fix that.
i would make the barrels into the dirt barrel texture. Looks abit large in the screenshots lol... anyway. Guys instead of wanting to get sodomized bybat try to help snood sometimes something bad could turn good
