Smoke-Nade Bug

Always when i throw smoke and take grenade right after. The grenade explodes and kill me. I have no idea what is it. Happend to me many times. Is that a known bug?

Can you reproduce it consistently?  Could you record a demo?

Do you know what you have to do to make it happen?  Do you prime a smoke grenade until it's almost about to go off then let it go and pick up a paint grenade?

Maybe you threw it against the smoke grenade and made it go off somehow.It's the same way with teammates:When throw your grenade against them it immediately explodes

Well, I've tried changing something that might fix it, but I couldn't really reproduce the issue, so I don't know for sure...
