I like #23, but you should flip it upside down so the marks actually serve a purpose (could be useful for distance shots).

i got them clear. It seems when  i save it as a tiff, then save it as a tga thru gimp, is where it degrades.

Why are you saving them as TIFF?

Vinne: Read the Readme.txt that came with the zip.
Jitspoe: Photoshop won't let me save the crosshairs as tga or pcx. So i have to save them as a transparent-supporting extention. I open the tiff in Gimp and then save them as .tga files. Is there a way to save them in photoshop as tga or pcx?
It also won't let me save them as tga/pcx in imageready.

The crosshairs are good, but I think I'll stick with the default. ;)

And, umm, Vinne? That wasn't even worth a post. You just put 'ya' in front of the last line in smokey's post. You could have made a completely off-topic post and that wouldn't be so bad, but you just posted EXACTLY what the person above you posted. At least try to be original, or something.

Why not just use gimp for creation and export?
