Bad field error is to do with the map itself someone messed up the entities. What map were you playing?

If you want a server with no lag, then yes.

Well, what gamemode are you going to play your server as? (i.e. CTF, 1-Flag, Siege)

Ah yeah, that happened to my server too. Didn't really affect anything that I noticed about the maps.
