Ha! Not at all! It's the complete opposite. If you have WorldCraft, you need BSP to compile. But if you're using BSP, that's all you need. WorldCraft needs the original Quake 2 engine and BSP to help it along. BSP can stand alone. It's also a lot more flexible with textures and clipping brushes, although I do like Worldcraft's vertex modifying tool.
Don't be so quick to dis people and other things, Vinne. DirtyTaco uses WorldCraft and he's made some good maps with it, but BSP is modified for Paintball (kudos to jitspoe) and therefore you might have a lot less problems using BSP than WorldCraft. Once you get a bit more experience you might consider coming back to WC.
