This might be also mod, so modified content (in fact this could fire in few more situations, but about jitspoes anticheat another time).

And please don't post in cheaters/bans forums unless you have something related to this person cheating etc. ... Otherwise this forum will be all in "I KNEW IT!" and "Oh, i found this surprising".

Well he was too n00b and I tried to chase him but nope, got no evidence for cheating he was pretty bad getting owned very frequently

Did you get his IP? (should show in the log when he connected, or you can type listuserip while he's connected if you're an admin to get it).

It's possible it's not the same guy. Not exactly a unique name...

The IP's dont match. Either its not him or he has changed his ip.

Why would he name himself "!" many times.... Why not a normal name, btw, before he is banned he was talking to me... Its like I go faster than him, I aim better than him... He told me 'just wait for it and ill be better than anyone else.'

Yes he talks. He is quite boabe quietl, and he talks to another guy he calls david. David is using a name that I can't remember. I'll check on my demos. They are always in arctic jump and it automatically records demos.
