I personally want to thank everyone who participated. Made the effort worth while, I also want to thank the NA players for participating and playing on EU servers.

Maybe next time I could livestream some of it and sit out from playing. meh, we'll see.

Oh and, if you didn't play, myers was right, you missed the best part which was the end.

Please post all feedback from the tournament here, I am willing to make changes to the maplist Etc, so please post suggestions.

Maps were pretty predictable on the outcome. Certain maps were always eliminated right away. A maplist in a tournament shouldn't have such a predictable outcome.

Maps like Skylit are never played, and are pretty much a free ban.

Me and Shockwave did not bother discussing our elims up until the final 1 or 2. We basically said: "elim the stupid maps"

We actually trolled our last game (since we already guaranteed first place) which left us playing Skylit. Safe to say, we understand why nobody played it the entire tournament. That being said - as much as I like Pforest, it's not really a great 2v2 map. It also wasn't played (as far as I saw) in the tournament.

Last criticism: already wrote before but IRC > TS3 for communication/organizing IMO

I think prolandr, pfo are bad maps for 2v2. Skylit is just horrible. No offense jmr idk why you put overhang in it either. I know you made the map but its not very popular. You should use smaller maps not maps like prolandr which some people don't know and can just get out jumped to lose. Not to sure which maps would be good to replace, ill be a little biased but rallyr_b1 is a perfect 2v2 map.

I agree with Myers, IRC has always been the way of communication for this game. Using it for this tourny could get some of the "newer" players to get on and possibly re amp the NA vs EU match scene which is gone.

Blame me for skylit. I'm pretty sure I showed it to JMR/ told him to put it in, I just wanted another option other than the standard maps. Pforest got played and I don't think is that bad though. I agree add rallyr_b1.

Oh! I had my dates mixed up ....
