Hate to be a party pooper, but you need to change your textures. The crate and ground textures look almost white.
As for the video itself, I would suggest using proper grammar and make the text look a little more professional, instead of like some kid texting. Also, higher quality than 320p would be nice. Maybe use something more interesting than running around with newbies on a speed server.
