I removed the pb10.exe, though, since the installer used some 16-bit instructions that will not run on windows 7.
Well, Windows 7 support 16bit instructions, but only if it's x86 as far as I know. Win64 does not support 16bit applications. Probably it's still not worth including, as people rarely know if they run x64 or x86.
I would like to see some older Paintball2 installer on site, I think I found b8 somewhere but had trouble running it (eventually mixing DLLs from old and newer release fixed it). Seems like builds below 16 are generally troublesome.
