Hey guys,
after I "finished" cReDeRe, I thought I'd like to make a map thats
-bigger
-looks better
-has better gameplay

So I started making this map called TeMpTaRe http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=26724.0;attach=11180 (I like giving my maps latin names(I'm just too dumb to find a normal name :D)).

This map is much better than cReDeRe, in my opinion, so I'd like to have cReDeRe removed from the #sPec# mapping contest (If thats allowed) and this one added.

This map has...
-1x flag per base (5 points)
-4x 200ammo boxes at spawn in each base
-a newbie friendly way over Flag-BD
-a fast way for more experienced players over the ramp at FD (Double-Jump)
-a very fast Low that leads in HBD

Attention: The cap spot is not at the flag, its on the top of the base-house (you can get there over the ramp, with a cj from flag, the ladder in HBD or from the ladders in the base)

Changes:

-Ladder from Main-House to low
-Sniper from BD
-Speedjump from BD over mid
-made it more obvious that you cant go through the ramp at FD (+clipbrush)

Changes:

-nothing special, I just deleted 2 brushes, without them the BD flows much better
(actually no reason for realesing a new beta, but I wanted to have that fixed before the deadline of the #sPec# mapping-contest)

Changes:

-added an "eye" over tunnel-to-mid-ice
-added 2 teleportes right from tunnel-to-mid-ice that teleport you to low or to the "eye"
-added an autococker near the blocker in HBD-MID

Changes:

-fixed the ladders, (sometimes they weren't working right, now they are)
-made the ramp to mid high wider
-added a shield behind the "teleporter-arrows" to make them more visible

Slight issue here though: It looks like you are meant to be able to jump through, but when you try, you just get stuck:

You can double jump on that ramp to the left of the sniping spot on your picture.

Too many ladders, IMO. Please add my bd to mid suggestion in b2!!!

I know that, I'm saying, it looks like you should be able to jump through the window. Either that, or it looks really odd to have it so wide.

You can do it from the other side, by crouching through, but from the side in the screenshot, it feels awkward.

It would be cool to do that, but how would it work?
Oh, never mind, how about making it like the "airtime" one? I think you can jump out of the snipe spot from the inside.

I think you should make less ladders and more ... stairs or something. Many people will get killed when climbing up the ladder.

My main problem with this map is the high route, the route is way to slow and will never be used.

yeah and low is too fast and is so overused :/
I think ill add some blockers at low.
Does anybody have a idea how to make the high route faster? Ice maybe?

This is already an ice map, surely adding more ice would be repetitive, maybe make the high have "eyes" over mid that way you can stop people speeding through or back through main, a bit like on prolandr but reversed, and I would consider making a way to low path, right now its super easy to force trades by taking either mid or mid low, especially with that speed on mid,

I just removed a blocker in BD which makes it flow better.
And there was a brush that wasnt there at the other side, I dont know why :D.

Here are some things I don't like about this map.

1st Screenshot: So camp. Maybe put a gun there so it's more of a grabbing a gun space rather than a camp spot. Plus, this room's useless to go through anyways, so it would be a lot better with some pathway or at least a gun in it.

2nd Screenshot: So block. Please remove the planks inside the sniper window. I like that sniper window how it was in the first beta without those planks.

3rd Screenshot: So annoying. I personally hate hitting those wood blocks when trying to slide up at mid_high on the ramp. It would be better to move them to the side of/next to the ramp.

I will change the 1st and the 3rd screeenshots in the next beta, but I put the planks on the ramp to make it more obvious that you cant go through there, because JMR said it looks like you could crouch through it.

Yeah, sorry for my beta "spamming" :D but I fixed some things I forgot in b4. (You can read them in the main-post) :)
