hows being supportive stupid? only thing wrong with the clan is the name is unoriginal but still you could show some encouragement and help him build it up to a successful clan

Its not that i dont want to support new clans, IF they would have a well strucutred plan of how they will have succes ( containing having members who would join, a place where everyone can communicate whith each other [irc] ect) BEFORE they start a clan.

There are about 3-4 Topics a Week with "Join" "New clan" "Wanna join?" "NEWcALNZORZ!" and not once have i seen a clan that developed well after starting a Topic like this. You just cannot write "I have a new clan if you wann ajoin aim me".

Look at team ch1ll.Bitmate and I thouht alot abot it, made a website, organised a server and then made it public. Now we have a solid Member base, lots of servers (Thx to Xbain) and a nice clan.

So long. Matze.

The success of clans like ch1ll is basically based on skillful players, not on having a website and servers.
But in fact, like you've already pointed out, looking for members via AIM doesn't help to establish a well-organized and structured clan that achieves sustained success.
