Also, you can't even contact him and if he can't say anything to this, he will stay banned no matter what you say. Explaining how you THINK he did it gives no real information to the committee.
And even if he did what you say, its still cheating, thus bannable. Don't know why you keep this discussion up. He will stay banned no matter what you say. The only thing that could happen would be if he came clean to jitspoe about what he did, but thats all. Even tho this is kinda minor "cheat", its still cheat and if you compare it to for example brighter textures, this is pretty much worse.
