Should I start a server for banned players?

A server for just banned players... nice idea but this won't be allowed i think.
If it is/will i would support that!

1024 days of ban are really long and so on and playing sometimes public just for 30 minutes would be cool between different games (MC,TM,etc.)

But really only if this is allowed!

Why don't you call this thread "Should I start a server for banned players?" instead? "Banned players" looks like it's one more cry thread about how this game is ruined by banning players.

Anyway, I think that such a server made no sense because you could never be sure that you are only playing against players that don't cheat.

If we have a server for banned players, then what's the point of banning them? Plus, it will lessen the fear of justice in the hearts of potential cheaters, making them more likely to try to cheat.

i kinda like the idea, i think it would be ok if its just one or two servers which can be entered by banned players too.
other people dont have to join this server if they dont want to, it just should be clearly marked/named as a server for banned players.

cheater/hacker will play this game if they want to. its not impossible to play DP while beeing banned.

You can't see the DPLogin IDs, but I'm sure there is a way to get the IPs.

First of all: WHERE IZ PAYL?!

OT: Having servers is based on you paying; therefore your allowed to do practicaly anything on your servers. Jitspoe's Anti-cheat system detects banned players through Hardware ID and/or IP. So in other words, the player would be detected. Since this server would not kick players, it would just keep giving "hits". As for ban resets; I think its completely up to jits to reset times, not the ban system. As for cheating in these servers, server admins could use #PAC, but hacks would still be detected by jitspoe's ban systeam

But the real question arises: Why would you want to create a server where banned players could play? Most of the players on the ban list really deserve the ban.

Yeah but its my server and i want to let play banned players on one of my servers.
We can remove them from public for some time, but why don't we let them play?

Because they're banned for doing something wrong in this game and aren't allowed to play the game until their ban time is over?

Besides, if you let this happen, there would be no banned players. They would still be playing this game.

We don't let them played because they are BANNED for a reason meaning they can't play. I'd suggest not doing this, consequences could be applied in my opinion.

Besides, if you let this happen, there would be no banned players. They would still be playing this game.

Yeah but they won't be able to play on 'standard' pubs.
It's my server, I pay for it and this game is opensource.
What's the problem?

html wants to try some self written hacks, so he needs a backup

You can do ask u please Jitspoe and the committee enforce the rules assisting people that are banned could have consequences. I don't give a intercourse you pay for anything. You still follow the rules or else. Period, no argument on this one.

just don't send feedback to the server list and let your banned friends connect by IP
