Is this game dead/dying?

I haven't played it since late 2012.
Yesterday I opened serverbrowser and there were around 30 players in total.
I remember back in 2009 when I started playing there were two speed servers always full (OTB and CSO), several jump servers and pub servers. Sometimes it was very hard to enter OTB or CSO due ti high number of players (limit was around 24 I think).
Than later I joined pub servers and clans. Played matches almost everyday and still it probably wasn't the golden age of paintball.
Is the game really dying or I just opened serverbrowser at the wrong time...?

Sometimes there is nobody on, there are still matches but its pretty dead. I think there will be more people around by summer, OTB servers died off one day, I dont know why but I remember having to wait a long time to get in.
