Graphics doesn't mean anything for me. I am often playing on laptop but with my PC or even laptop i can use 1920x1080, all settings on maximum, and still get decent 300 fps. And no matter what i will still use 1280x720, and lowest settings, more fps, better/smoother game, better gameplay, your performance in aiming/jumping will be better. + If your mouse (pointer options), exactly pointer speed is on 6/11 it will be great for gameplay. Going over 6/11 in Windows sensitivity, will result in skipped pixels. At 8/11 two pixels is occasionally skipped and at higher sensitivities, the minimum mouse movement becomes multiple pixels. At lower Windows sensitivities, certain amounts of movement are thrown out, but minimal mouse movements still results in 1 pixel of movement. Enhance Pointer Precision turned off is also great thing, on low resolution for example 1280x720 you can feel in your aim every pixel on your screen, so your aiming precision will be better. Imo, lower resolution and low graphic settings are big advantage if you can set it up correctly. Who will take this game serious will prioritize performance instead of nice game look.
