looking for an old topic
« on: July 21, 2015, 08:32:00 AM »
hello

months ago ive seen a pretty old topic (not sure how old), it was about freely positionable cameras.
i remember someone was walking through the map shazam (the original one, not s22 or s33) and he was filmed by those cameras he placed in corners and stuff before. it was something you could download, but not a programm (like and .exe or sth) i think, im not sure anymore to be honest. i downloaded it (lost it in the meanwhile) but it only worked till build 16.

not sure who walked through the map, probably ViciouZ? i hope you read this^^

and yes of course, i already checked our "search" mode on forums, but couldnt find anything.

i hope someone remembers it, or knows what im talking about.

Hi :)

Sadly I don't know what you are referring to. The closest idea I have is that it might be a demo which was edited/recammed using keygrip2 (an old quake2 tool which was part of the pack in the thread ic3 linked), which lets you put cameras around the map and re-watch your demos through them, plus all other kinds of weird stuff.

Best of luck finding it, please link it here if you do, it sounds interesting :)
