i think i am not alone in believing that GT abuses their admin powers... i got temp banned from one of the GT servers for telling someone to stop camping.. i never used any foul language all i said was to stop camping.. and he threatened to "escort me out" and i dared him thinking he was bluffing.. and well he did it.. its now been about 25 min and im still temp banned i mean cmon do you honestly think this is nessesary?? oh and the persons name was thebad... and i was using the name sKeeTeR

for calling someone a camper? i mean i understand if i was cussing or something but calling someone a camper and get t banned for it? cmon thats not right even if i did say do it camping makes the game so boring yes its part of the game but let the new people do that dont just sit there and spray one part of the map...

he was at it today at kenos server calling people campers and whatnot complaining and getting pissy over it. if you know how to play a map its easy enough to "disarm" any campers

Don't waste your time on this, This problem has been brought up before.

Advice: Just don't say anything to thebad, he has a bad temper problem.

I will say one thing tho. Why is it okay for GT members to call other people campers and noobs and nobody else can say anything? Sharon and anyone else who pays can cause it's their server but it's a bit of bs.

Wow nice screenshot!! Although it is missing the repeated whining about me camping as well as other users in the game it does demonstate the fact that you are annoying someone else besides myself as depicted by someone else telling you to be quiet. For the record I DID NOT kick you for calling me a camper I kicked you after warning you to stop whining about campers and as everyone can clearly see.. YOU TOLD ME TO DO IT!! So I did...

Simply put, if you Spam the servers by repeating the same thing several times, impersonate another clan tag or user's name, use a name that might be insulting to another user or someone under age, start fights or insult a user, a clan, or admin or chime in during such an altercation siding with the instigator, are believed to be hacking, switching teams repeatedly or making the teams unfair by switching, or in anyway shape or form are being an annoyance to the users who are trying to enjoy the game at any given time, you will be warned and then the appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.

For the record I do not enjoy having to kick or ban anyone but I refuse to tolerate the bs a few of you enjoy causeing. If you don't like the fact that I'm not going to put up with your bs on the servers then feel free to go elsewhere... there are plenty of people who enjoy the game play and don't waste all their time trying to make those around them miserable and then come to the forums to showboat.

I am not perfect by any means but I really do try to be fair... As a result of some of the posts accusing me of Admin Abuse on this forum, I am making every attempt to remember to RECORD my time on the servers and I respectfully request that if your going to accuse me of such, have the balls to record a demo that includes a minute before an incident, the time during the incident, and a minute after the incident. Don't just post the part where I'm going off on you for whatever you might be doing wrong because from now on I'm recording everything...

Now then, if you would like to do something productive give me some ideas of some good maplist because the ones on he servers now aren't all that appealing and any other ideas that might make the servers more enjoyable.

In final BE PART of the Solution instead of Part of the problem and for God's sake if your not there then be quiet as you have NO IDEA what the F your tallking about.

Now i've never seen this type of behaviour from the GT members personally ( i have seen casso get a little agressive but we've all had our moments

) and I understand what you mean boomer, but the fact remains, it's their server. If I paid any dollar amount for a server and let random people use it at no cost, I would also reserve the right to do whatever the hell I please.
In my opinion, GT admins don't NEED a reason to kick someone but they do what they can to be fair and eliminate any whining, cheating, trash talking etc.. For that I thank them because that's the way I like to play the game. If I get killed by a camper, i'll just remind myself to check there next time or pull the same move on him. excrement happens, people need to grow the F up and realize that it's a darn game.
In any case, I hope everyone can realize that GT is paying out of their own pockets for the public to be able to use these servers at no cost and I believe people should show a little more appreciation.

in other words dont start excrement with gt cuz they will remove you from THEIR server that THEY pay for. its only fair and lately it seems like people are provoking gt to do some drastic measures so they can post about it on these forums. your lives live them as you please

Lol Douglas, I dont get why you try to defend your actions. I mean I like you and all, but there has been a TON of complaints of admin abuse etc. I dont really care to be honest, I cant even see the GT servers. But, I know that you dont pay anymore for them, at least I think. I dont know why you were given admin rights back, maybe Sharon just wanted to. I understand some kicking and stuff is needed and all, but kicking/temp banning for either killing you or doing good or someone playing under an alias like "[eR33t]DoobiEdOO" for example. I know one eR33t member was kicked for "impersonating an eR33t member" but whatever. That was Sharon who kicked him from what I hear. I am completely neutral here, I honestly do not care what goes on. Just wanted to say what I thought.

Dont even get why people pub in dp. Go play against bots, its more fun than playing anyone on the GT pubs.

All public servers should be taken down and dp should just die. It would make everybodys lives easier. Sure there would be the odd suicide here and there, but it would all be worth it in the end.

Good Lord Merl I Love You!! Truthfully, I give you alot of respect because there have been a few times in the past I have acted a fool with you in my "Drunken Stooper", that I have screamed out "HACKER" and went off like a crazy B in Heat... Well you know what I mean and through it all you have maintained your composure and I did NOT.. I owe you a long awaited apology for that. If I am in the wrong, I have no problem admittimg it unlike some others that obviously have nothing to do other than to post just to impress other magpies on this fence... I can only wish that they Grow the F up and spend their summer doing something other than Showing their A Holes.
