This is an example of a decoy in deflated position, it could need another skin but might also work as is.

I want something like the Bio Goo gun in UT, the longer you hold the fire button the larger the ball of paint that comes out when released.
I want a bucket filled with paint that i can put on doors, so we need doors too.
I want a rear-view mirror and the abillity to shoot backwards.
I want an energy pill that will make you grow bigger as in Mario so that 1 shot won't kill you then, they need to shoot you like 10 times.
I want a portable trampoline for jumping higher.
I want shoes that make no noise (how hard is that?).
Inside the model should be a large L to p1ss wallhackers off.
I want it so that a paintball on your a$$ won't kill you, now you can protect yourself by hinding behind your a$$.
