Based on this thread http://dpball.com/forums/index.php?topic=3004.0 it seems that ETG doesnt really like us anymore, and really who can blame them. Our community has caused problems there since day 1. Anyways I posted this on the other thread and im gonna say it here too....

Well I have an IRC network that would be happy to have our community connect there.

/server irc.gg-center.net check them out...its a few neon-net admins and some old etg admins even some old protium admins all gotten together to make a pretty neat network. I've been there since it opened and they'd love it if we'd move.

I think that switching networks now would be bad, especially for the newer players.

I don't think it would be bad. We just set up the topic in #paintball to tell people that we've switched, then shut it down after a month.

yeah i already set up a channel, and i know all the admins there....like 100000 times better than ETG, just some different but better channel services

I think we should go to quakenet, we could increase the user base their because their are more quake2 players, not to mention I think I trust the servers at QNET more than I do at GG, just because Qnet has more experience and probally wouldnt have as many netsplits.

it's funny that the only ones complaining are the ones that have had run ins with the ETG staff.

Nickserv or not, that wont clean up the players being immature and doing stupid human tricks.

Feel free to migrate over to the new server, no one is stopping you.
