That'd be great, but can it wait a day or two?  I want to release build9 which will fix the problems with the serverlist.

Build9 just fixes the problem some people were having with the serverlist breaking.  Oh, it tweaks the cl_cmdrate, too, so you can jump on boxes in poorly built maps. ;)

Not nearly as many as Shizza would bring in but Ive burnt a copy for atleast 5 friends, sad thing is that they have to set all binds on startup and name on startup because the play off cd, would be cool if you could include an installer on the standalone version...

Lol no I dont know how you would make a SP version of DP buy standalone I mean the part of the game that  DOESNT need Quake 2 (the engine it uses) to run it....

Just drag and drop the paintball2 folder from the cd to the c:\ drive.  Doesn't really seem that complicated to me...

I made one sp map for dp... http://earth.prohosting.com/fourthx/shaztt.zip for the map and http://earth.prohosting.com/fourthx/test.zip for the textures.

1. Unzip the map into pball/maps/ and the textures into pball/textures/test/

2. start dp, go to the console and do 'map shaztt'

3. after the map loads return to the console and type 'debug1 1'

The map itself gives instructions on what to do, watch carefully it doesn't stay on the screen that long :)

Round starts sooner if you type "set debug1 1" before "map shaztt" :)

When sad and I were playing around with bots I got some kinda cool ideas for a single player mode.  Infiltrate a massive bunker full of bots using only the pgp!  Maybe have a few one-way missions like that, then some regular style maps where your team has to win.  There's a lot more features I want to implement before getting into single player stuff (if I ever have time to do it).

I'm moving my files over to a new host without banners/etc so I'll post the links when it's up.
