Search these forums for "jump".  There are several helpful tips on how to do trick jumps.

Whenever I hit space twice I fly into the air. Very high.

If you can't within a few weeks forget about it.
Ive been trying for a year and i still can't jump, i think it's genetics or something. Sometimes i jump high but then i'll jump over the object i'm trying to get on top off. When i really try hard i get on top of an object after like 10 tries and someone comes along and shoots me in the butt.
So i just camp to piss everyone off, but inside i'm crying.

my brother [LP]Ghost if you remember him told my my jumping skills are only from my being left handed and having better reflexes on it so it may be genetics but who cares jumping saves my ass more than usual

Sorry to bother u - I can dbl jmp now, Zeus told me how to do it (I just simply got it wrong, thought u have to jump in air, not on edge). Thanx for help anyway.

PS
Yeah, one more thing - I can dbl jmp for example in indune, but in xbmap2 i can't reach flag dbl jmping - u have to run or just stay close?

Ha, the old "sit on my hand for a while feels like being *** by someone else" routine.
The trick is to not to sit on your hand too long or else it'll stay numb for a long time.

A matter of the players personal comfort. I would try using Mouse2 first.

The following is an FYI for new players and horrible jumpers only. If you do not meet this criteria I highly suggest that you do not read its content. It could be offensive to players that have worked hard on double jumping, just to be eliminated by so called 'luck'.

Think about this. The most popular match maps in the game today almost all which require the players to make "Double Jumps" at some point to gain an certain advantage.

Don't get frustrated and quit the game if you can not make these double jumps even after alot of practice. Try this instead. Cover those points with random fire suppression so that you do not give the impression of a fixed camped position and to also be able to fire upon as many known routes as one possible can. Doing this makes it harder for the enemy to recon you, because you are constantly moving from choke point to choke point. To elaborate try not to stay more than 3 seconds in one spot while laying down suppressive fire to known enemy routes.

If this is done correctly (which btw has to include good recon from you and your team) fire supressing those points and constantly moving to another spot can be moderately effective at best. This is not a winning strategy against better jumpers. Please read on.

Most importantly don't forget the most single largest factor of CTF matches.  It is "Capture that god dam flag and cap it" Scoring points with flag is far more conducive to winning a match vs the elimination of the enemy team for that round.

Sorry so long. It is forum friendly and flame free.
