anyone know how to change the player and ball colors to florescent?

ok my fault.
I play on a dorm network (not public servers of any kind). So sorry I'm not up with the official rules. I just happened to see a guy's game with the colors highlighted.

Ok I'm referring to the colors he sees on his computer, not how he appears on my computer. Everything is normal on mine, but he can see other players really easily because they're florescent color.

There'll eventually be something that will detect any changes you make to the models/textures. At the moment the only way to know is when someone is idiotic enough to actually post demos/sshots of them using their modifications.

that is because he has modified his models which is considered hacking and you cant see it on yours because its not the server its his configs.
