YES! Quicklaunch FTW! I try to clear my desktop of all files at the end of every day, I just like it neat like that.
I usually have the taskbar on the top row, and then the 2nd row is solid quicklaunch icons. I like the backgrounds lots.

"1024x1280", you turn your monitor sideways?

The main SST server is too big (thus laggy) for me since the maxclients is so high, you'll usually find me on |SST|Hellfire, since it still has the good SST admins that I know, its less crowded, I ping good on it, all the main deconners are banned, and it runs the TJW mod which is |337.

If you're running trem on your laptop with 1280x800 as your res (same as my MacBook), do this for native res:

Any res that isn't native really annoys me in games.

NOTE: The background changes every few months, the programs i often use are in the upper left corner (on the taskbar) the ones running are in the lower left corner
the taskbar disappears, if you don't put your mouse on..
