i got one sudden death i just got done playing and the last thing i want is a 45 min game to end in a tie. how about like if its a tie game by the end of the map it goes to a sudden death round 1 round winner wins the map. and for those who say that will just mean campers just add like a 1 min timer and what ever team has the most players still alive by the end of the 1 min wins.

I hope this request hasn't been asked... But I saw somebody talking about a voting system for maps. That would be sweet.

yea when i first came back to paintball a few months ago thats one of the first things i asked a vote system for maps and to boot peeps

Yes. There will be map voting. I had a full explanation of the system somewhere, but I think that got knocked into the abyss. Here's a brief description:

That will be extended to allow gameplay voting, so you can vote to play midnight in 1-flag mode, for example.

how about when you go to join a game you can click on the server then click on like info or somthing and see the names of the peeps playing in the server

i love the idea to have an extended player box, oh, and I have alot of friends that have clans in DP but dont like to d/l programs, maybe you could put a small irc client built in... Im sure there are opensources somewhere....

Jits-optimations(or however you spell that) are nice, but how bout making the game look/play better? it looks fine, but you could throw in some special FX...

also, try changing the game a bit. add something, anything, but start working on things other than optimations....the game runs fine for %99 of us...for the other %1, it's not cause of the game...

how about making it so you cant cap if the enemy has your flag. might make maps were the teams just rush and grab the flag a bit longer cuase you have to get your flag back before you can cap

that would make splatmesa even funnier, someone would have to suicide to return the flag if it falls off.

Well, it returns eventually. Maybe the flag should be given health and if it's "hurt" it returns immediately.

I'd like to see support for foreign keyboard layouts. Not necessarily foreign letters just the layout.
fx. on my danish keyboard the second row of keys ends with:
nm,.- and with shift NM;:_
but DP assumes its an american keyboard, and reads it as:
nm,./ and with shift NM<>?

it makes typing a lot of stuff difficult

It does have support for custom layout files, but unfortunately you have to create your own. Eventuallly I'll get it to read the windows settings or something... That's kind of weird that your keyboard just changes the punctuation. Doesn't seem worth making a whole new keyboard layout just for that...
