My coworker mentioned something about this. Apparently super tasters have a heightened sense of taste and don't like things like alcohol and coffee. They also tend to be thinner.

I'm a super taster too. The first time I ever had one of those scarily acidic "Atomic Waste" sweets, I went home and used some equally vile tasting mouthwash to get rid of the taste. About a week later I saw a program on TV about supertasters, and really extreme people, say, who think rice has a very strong flavour.

i don't drink or smoke. i do have coffee from time to time. just got to add a lot of stuff to it so its manageable.

Ironically, the people I know who avoid green leafy vegetables tend to be drinkers, so I doubt they're super tasters.
