Author Topic: Forums are back up (Read 7342 times)

Thanks for reminding me. That option was on by default. I shut it off and reset everybody's settings back to the default. Last thing we need is to be sending out emails, haha.

Also, as I think I pointed out earlier, I didn't do anything to get this data back, it's what I already had backed up. Nice thing about the forum being gone so long is that everybody already forgot what they posed back at the end of 2006, so I don't get a bunch of "Where'd my posts go?"

When I get back after this weekend, I'll see about getting some more moderators set up and getting the automated backup system rolling (hopefully we won't ever have to use that!)

Speaking of words reversed...Is Natas still in CC or even playing?

(Putting the misbehaved in charge often forces positive changes if they are held accountable. The logic behind that is either they will fail for all to see or improve. Either way its a win, win decision and usually temporary.)

Good question.

For the most part you do not misbehave. However, you have influence. I would like it used for the betterment of the game.

Any complaints I have would be directed to wards the 'attitude' of a few 'leet' players. I have seen you fall into that category, my self included. That comment was a general statement about delegating authority and not a personal attack per say, sorry I meant to clarify.

BTW I had to wipe my drive. Would you mind sending 'The greatest comeback on PP1'? I had some questions about certain times where I noticed odd movements. I would like to know how these were done. I don't use any scripts or binds outside of the GUI (regarding player movement) so I really don't know what I am looking at. Thanks baid.

Sweet, I'm back too. I've been on some, but just noobing around. I bet Spook missed me...at a LAN earlier this month I played some jump maps on his box, it lured me back in. I just love jumping...wish I had mad hops like Spook. I won't be getting 2000 e-mails because of the forums revival, will I?
