I'm not going to be playing on this server since I don't like short respawn times, but I'll go ahead and give my input on the maps anyway:
crates - I've always hated crates. Everybody just sprays the one base entrance.
ub_cliff - I've always hated ub_cliff, too, for basically the same reason. Everybody just rushes to key locations and sprays. The flag is also too easy to defend.
blitz4 isn't even lit, has all kinds of texture misalignment, and looks terrible. This map needs to be dropped into the abyss of poorly made maps that should have never been released.
ub_4cliff - This doesn't work well with the quick respawns since once a team is eliminated, they are out until the round is over. It's a little better than ub_cliff, though, I guess.
pbcup_renoir - high or the r_speeds and not very newbie friendly, so a lot of players that like that server will probably hate it, but it's good for some variation.
darkages - good choice
shazam33 - new players seem to love the shazam series and they at least have more than 1 path, so this will probably be popular.
anubis - r_speeds are pretty rough on this one and it needs a lot of tweaking, but the layout looks interesting. The author should post a thread about this for feedback and it should get out of the beta stage before going into a live rotation.
dome - This would be a lot better with low-end weapons. I hate spawns with autocockers. It also looks like it was compiled with the old bsp pack, since the reflected light is super bright. A DM map in rotation would make for a fresh change, though. This map also needs a thread for discussion and improvement.
I think one thing you need to do is make all maps available for voting, so people can at least vote different maps into rotation for a change. I noticed on the current server, other maps don't even exist -- not even the standard ones that were released with the game. Why not run all the servers out of the same directory so all maps are available to all of them?
