I disagree.  Counter-strike doesn't even have respawns, and look how many people play that.  Sometimes you end up waiting several minutes before you can play again, and you can't even ghost in the meantime (usually).

CS has obviously some publicity this game dont have...everybody play cs...u cant just say cs sucks...but this is a game that people try and if they dont like it they never play it again (cause its free). I say again: this is the server where all beginers learn the basics of paintball...look at the people who are at that server and look at the people that is in the other servers...

yeah, i have seen that too. i go in there from time to time just to waste time, it's kinda fun in its own way.  it's good for getting in some play time when all the main servers are empty. but yes...it needs some new maps. YOY! haa haa

Have you thought about what would happen if they did?, Have you wondered where the noobs will go one Speed server is offline?, You all should thank OTB for keeping the Newbies chasing the carrot which is quick respawns. Meanwhile Other servers can consist of decent players...

I think that the OTB admins should firstly up the respawn times just a bit, to say 15 seconds, and add new maps like TLC and Eclissi. That way the noobz have some variety.

They'll go where they were before OTB started running their 2 map "High Speed" servers which really are only good to the Germans and the surrounding population.  They really offer nothing to the normal gameplay that has been enjoyed for 8 plus years by the DP community.

Please don't take that as a mean statement but 2 maps with such a short elim time??  It might be cool to run a couple of servers with a short elim time but 2 maps??  Sorry, but there must be some extrememly bored people in your area.

They can return to the longest running, stable, Paintball2 "HIGH SPEED" American GRaFFiTi PainT servers where there are 2+ 500 or so maps available to the DP public with a 20 map rotation I think.

Also, if I get enough requests I will be more than happy to set up a couple of low elim time servers.

Sadly, you guys from that neck of the woods don't ping so well on American servers just like Americans don't ping worth a hoot on your servers.

I actually ping 100 on Ch1ll servers, and im from London. Some people from America dont ping that well on ch1ll, then again USA is a big ass place.

I think the US is the best place to be. You ping OK on both Euro and US servers, and when you host one (i don't have a bundle of twigs cable connection) both US and Euro player ping well. I think one of us UK guys should host a US vs Euro match server. I'll have one when i finish doing my request scripting.

I agree with Playah. There has continuesly been a steady increase in map making these last few months.  And I think these maps deserved to be played, otherwise people will only get to play a few different maps, and won't get the full experience of the game.  Ub-cliffs is a good map, but a little out dated. However it is fine to keep that on your server, considering it seems to be OTB's favortie map, but it would also be beneficial to incorporate other newer maps into your server.

Also maybe add some jump maps.

I think it is good to mix, that way people get the whole experience of the game.  But I also agree that there should be servers designated to just Jumps maps and other designated to just shooting maps.

I agree with all of those maps, they all are really good maps and I think other people will enjoy them.  Also look for ViciouZ's new map, it looks really good, I personally can't wait for it.

use the modify button. 

having jump maps mixed in with regular maps makes the maps, from what i have seen i may be wrong, but it makes the jump maps have the settings where you can kill other players and its not the same settings like in the jump servers.

People goto otb servers to usually play PB not jump around tbh...But yes OTB speed server is in need of some serious updating...Ub_Cliff is getting rediculous. I almost feel embaressed to be a european with all these Nice Euro servers that for strange reason have a fetish for cliffs.
