Each entity will have a flag (or key) that will make it so that, and the beginning of each round it'll return to the state it was at at the beginning of the game.

Just equipment. I'm talking everything. The on/off state of trigger (hurt, for example, if you want to kill everyone who's still alive). The position of funcs (water, for example, if you want to kill everyone who's still alive via rising water). And other stuff. While we're at it, why not add a func_endround?
