Lag spikes were fixed, I'm pretty sure.  Mouse over is still required, though.

ah ok, i got it now.

new feature request: countdown clock during playback of demos, showing how much time is left in the demo itself - since this is not always the same as the time left in the match.

I'd vote for better demo functions as a whole... Rewind, Pause, etc.
But if Xile figured out how to edit demos, will this affect the validity of speedhacker demos?  (A vote for a way to authenticate, in that case)

hey did you see the question i asked u? i wanted to know exactly what you were voting for in that post of yours... i think on page 49.

I'd vote for better demo functions as a whole... Rewind, Pause, etc.
yah i thought about it, but just putting a countdown clock in would be an easier goal for now. maybe the rest of that stuff could come later.

LAZARUS ENTITIES:

func_train/patch corner improvements - so we can play twilight!
target_help - so I can make a tutorial
movewith key - better moving objects
target_precipitation - maps with weather effects
bbox keys for func_models - bounding boxes on models!

Also some way of removing or increasing limits on GetSpace overflow errors - KMQuake2 found a way around it.

Altogether this means sweet maps, and more players staying! (I hope, with a tutorial)

I would say no go on the target_precipitation.  It's too laggy.  I'm fine with adding weather effects, but they need to be client-side.  I'm not sure if the lazarus train would fix the issue with lockdown/twilight or not.  The train works with the standard entities.  There's just a bug when trying to have two trains running.

I would say we need a custom client-side weather implementation. No network lag. :3

I don't remember if I voted for this or not before, but my friend and I were out recording paintballs hitting different surfaces (barrels, wood, glass, etc.) as well as higher quality sounds for a couple of the guns (automag and stingray) so...

+1 for surface-specific sounds.
+1 for higher quality sounds.

Also, I've had a couple more requests for password resets, so:

+2 for password reset option (FreZy, peeej)

so is that a vote?

+1 for surface-specific sounds.
+1 for higher quality sounds.

ok, i got the first one added in, but the second one ... do you just want to add to "6: New sounds - ..." ? or is yours a completely different one?

i'll upload the updated list as soon as I hear from Eiii.

+1 for surface-specific sounds. Does that mean step sounds too ? Like when you are walking on metal or grass etc..
