Max patches error

I have been working on a map for the past month, month and a half. Now all my hard work has been haulted by this error, i have scaled some textures up, set chopcurve to 128 and i still get it. Now i really need something to help me get this map done or i'm gonna explode and probably trash my computer.

Any ideas are welcome, i just want to get this done.

chopcurve only helps with phong shading. Make sure anything that doesn't need to be phong shaded isn't, then detail anything that doesn't significantnly block VIS (single barrels, single crates, ladders, small brushes, etc), then turn up -chop.
