So far we have 8 teams signed up ( http://www.viciouz.co.uk/other/dpcup/?q=node/9 ). So far we have 1 OTB server and 2 ch1ll servers + 1 ch1ll reserv server provided by boozie.

Anyone know how to contact the GT server admins?

Yes, 10 teams so far, but I see some teams joining in.

tR I sure hope, OJ seemed interested, aB was very negative about this tournament but maybe they still join in, team_rp has many members in their clan and maybe they join in.

So, start spreading the word!

The tourny wouldnt be cancelled anyway though, If 16 teams wont show up then i just figure of a new format. (if 15 teams then 3 groups of 5 teams, if 13 then 2 groups of 4 and 1 group of 5 teams, etc)

Well I am not too surprised aB isn't interested, they don't seem to like these sort of ideas.

As for tR they are pretty inactive, which is why Wiesco and Dystro joined [cc], so I doubt they will enter a team.

And I am trying to get .fR. to join but can't seem to get a large interest. Maybe you should join Blaa.

I know he is on a team for the tournament, QeHs, he is with Lekky and Oldie. I mean I want him to join .fR. the clan. QeHs is only his tournament team.

Okay, I guess 16 teams we wont reach, I will post the new format sunday. Minimum 3 matches in week, maximum 4 in group phase.

Figured it is comfortable to create a tourny format for 10 teams, and the team list is quite good in my opinion.

The final maplist: Maplist: castle1, propaint1, pbcup_renoir, roundup, razzle, pbcup_sassault
Groups: 2 groups of 5 teams. 2 best advance to A-Finals (1-4th place), 3,4 go to B-Finals (5th-8th place) And last from each group plays for 9th-10th place.

it's starting tomorrow, so any complaints ahead of that are quite useless. On the other hand I understand that you don't want to match on weekdays due to the time differences, but that's a different problem with this tourny

I am really sorry that this incident occured DT.

I am also very sorry to announce that the most important thing in this tournament is gone, the ch1ll server. I got to know about it in friday. I was also lazy and moron enough not to set up a OTB server, I am sorry, I cant lead a tournament. I dont have time, either will or even no idea how to solve this problem..

Oh wait, yes i do! The group phase is extended until all matches are played (this also means that we wait until ch1lls are back up). USA vs USA games can still be played (go to GT website, get a server, pick a map from the *maplist* and play), same with euro servers (get memi or otb).
