Rotflmao!! Young man have you lost your way??

nah, just made my own

My slow ass wasn't paying attention but later figured out what you were talking about.  Once I figured out that you were actually suggesting "hiding" files from the parents, I laughed harder.  You can't hide files if you don't have electricity running to your PC *SNIP*

Again, if you're not doing anything wrong to begin with there wouldn't be a need to hide files...  As if you think that would really be a viable solution anyway...  LOL!!

Nothing wrong with that except that it's a negative solution which will inevitably end with a counter productive or negative response from his parents.  If you're deceitful and try to hide things from your parents and they find out about it, you will most likely end up losing more than just 1 game. :)

Then you've succeeded at being deceitful... something that certainly deserves no honor.

On the other hand,  the parent shouldn't have a PC in their home if they don't know how to monitor their minor child's use of one.

To get back on track, the solution should NOT be "How can we sneak behind our parents back to get what we want?" It should be "What can we do to gain our parents trust and earn the privilege to do what we want?"

I promise you the latter is so much easier for you and always has positive results as explained by jitspoe's post.

I don't deny that at all, and I'm pretty sure that my parents trust me on the computer. The only thing they seemed to be worried about is having enough space for their tax programs.

Makes perfect sense...  Their tax programs bring cash to the household...  Sounds like you have a good relationship with your parents...  All the more reason for you to share positive solutions rather than negatives.

Are ya Phil'n me?? hehehe

Picaso put it pretty nicely, you lot can all try hiding and playing behind your perants back ect....But it makes things stresfull and no fun imo. But when you can play with no worries it probably helps your skillz, keeps stress levels down and maybe if your a moral person like me , it will keep your mind and rest as your not lying for no reason.

-And no i aint a daddy =] Im 18.

dp ruined my life too, my mother secretly hates Y2J for introducing the game to me.  parents just hate that it takes up all of your time and consumes your life (especially if you get really addicted before like 16).

Ahahahahahaha, i've never laughed so hard in my life. I'm fairly sure you mean chloroform, unless you're the spawn of some crazy half man half plant creation?

The best tip I can give you? Emancipation.
