I lived in GA once. If I remembered correctly, I was the only Chinese kid in the middle school I went to

Also, it was the first time in my life I heard the phrase "fixing to" in place of "about to". And some guy walked up to me in a KFC Buffet saying "biscuits 'n gravy, jus like the ol' times"; I was very tempted to laugh, but my fear overcame my urge to laugh.

Texans are a higher breed of redneck. As for Georgia, I have a best friend in Augusta and a few buddies that own a small record label down there. Nice place. The coca-cola factory in Atlanta rocks and if you go see it you might as well swing by the Underground.

Actually things have got dangerous down town. They took out buckhead and made houses (the place where the bars are in atl) and the underground is closed again because of violence. I was born in Pittsburgh it's jus very different from the north. People are so slow and dumb lol

I think another difference between the North and South is that people in the South use "sir" and "ma'am" a lot more commonly then people in the North. The way I see it, they are used in the South as a token of respect, but in the North, you're just calling them old or something. When I finally got used to saying them in GA, I had to move to Minnesota; soon after, I pissed off my neighbor by calling him sir
