If you gave it a redesign and printed up some in colors/size combinations that are relevant to us (since this thread has pics you could get a pretty good idea...

), maybe it'd be worth it

Not sure about the paypal thingy. I've never used this before, so I might have to check that out, but as Pureblood put it correctly shipping would be like $10 $:-\$

Though, if you offer a low ID, it might be worth considering to buy one.
You might do a little update on the colours / sizes available and / or any plans you have for new shirts.

The demand isn't really high enough to keep things updated or get any new shirts printed. The overhead cost for getting shirts printed is like $60 per color, I think (4 colors on each shirt). I have to get like 40 shirts printed to get the price under $10 each. It seems maybe once every 4 months or so, somebody shows interest in a shirt, so it would take like 13 years to go through them all. Also, my link to getting the shirts printed has gone out of business, so I probably couldn't get any more made anyway. Even if I could, it's a lot more hassle than it's worth.

What about using iron-ons? That would probably be cheaper and more efficient.

Iron-on's are just that: cheap. They look it, too. The shirts I have now are high quality screen prints and won't look bad after going through the wash a couple times (or just look bad in general). Also, iron-on's only work for white and light colored shirts. Most people tend to prefer the darker shirts.

CustomInk.com (whom I've used in the past) was something like... $12 ea for 16. (Maybe less?) That's with TWO colors on the front, I think it'd be cheaper to get just one color screenprinted.. idk about the back.

You can answer in a PM but do you profit from the t-shirts? Another way of asking that would be, what are the chances of the t-shirt design getting passed around?

I've already asked that a couple of times, though he never showed up with the design.
"I've lost the files somewhere on my HD" -- (something along the lines of that)
