I wish it were that simple, but unfortunately most people have dynamic ip's so you can't just ban an IP and be done with it.

do an account system that ytou have to register it first to play the game.
and you have to log in when you want to play.

Let me dumb this down even further by posting. What you not doing is at least attempting.......this was going to be harsh and has been mentioned.  I digress.. you do to much.     A good clan base does not allow spoofing. I know I suck btw I posted a request to add some maps

Then he can just change it and be unbanned -- even less work than changing ip's.

And then he'll create a new one and keep at it.  Besides, forcing registration will probably chase off 99% of new players.  Nobody wants to register for things.  It's human nature.

Hackers make me play better, they are good practice and when you get into a game with no hackers you rock butt.
