What is wrong with you people who voted for 60 seconds !!! That is so boring, even with a jail, and it makes getting spawn camped a million times worse !!! I voted 10 because it is closest to my perfered elim time, 15-20 (mabeyyyyy 25) seconds, because 5, and everything close to it, has been WAY over used by [OTB]Speed server, and other copies of the server.

Back on topic, I think what a lot of people are neglecting to realize is that this game is designed to be round based. How do you win a round? By eliminating the opposing team's players. That doesn't work very well if people are respawning every 15 seconds or less. In retrospect, I think the way siege mode and counter-strike work with a round timer and no respawns seems to be a bit better.

Sure, everybody gets eliminated -- some more than others -- but if you're getting killed a lot, take advantage of the situation and chasecam some of the more skilled players or practice maneuvering the map. Practice is important, but so is understanding how to play. Watching more skilled players for a minute or two can often improve your playing style more than constant game play for hours on end.

especially if that constant game is spawning, lining, getting lined, and so on.. which it typically is in speed servers.

The only thing is that Counter Strike, and seige respawns seem to drag on for a long time. Also, who would set the round limit time on a bigger map to a smaller one?
