You don't need to activate an account to play the game, if that's what you're talking about. Build 17's changes aren't official yet, so just stick with 16 and you'll be fine.
If your talking about the forum registration, then you don't need that to play either. But you should PM jits about it.

Check your spam filters/bulk mail/junk mail.  A lot of legit emails get filtered these days, especially things like registrations.  Be sure to mark it as "not junk" so hopefully future emails from the dplogin server won't get interpreted as junk mail either.

If you aren't getting activation emails, you need to provide a little more information:

What account did you register?
Was this for the global login system or the forums?

Right now the Global Login doesn't matter too much because I believe jitspoe is getting ready to wipe it.

Right, but getting activation emails out does matter.  I think the previous owner of the server IP got blacklisted.  I had gotten the previous server to where emails would go through yahoo mail, hotmail, etc., but now they all get spam filtered.  With some email services, spam filtering eats the emails completely, and you never even see them.  What do you use for email (what's after the @ in your email address?)

To have another activation email sent, simply fill out all the same information you did previously.  If the account hasn't been activated yet, it will just overwrite it then generate and send a new activation code.  If you still don't receive an activation email, you might try contacting your email provider, and see if you can get them to allow emails from dplogin.com [70.85.9.178].
