Func_Train entity help!

Is there anyway to make the func_train travel all throughout the map. How do you make it move?

With path_corners. (about 1/2 down the page. Use Ctrl+F)

I'll eventually have tutorials for all of those. Much like the ones at Gamedesign.net, only based around DP.

Hey Zorch is there anway to make it so a teleporter only warps objects.

Like teleport from one path corner to the next? If that is what you mean, then yes. Just set the "TELEPORT" spawn flag on the pat_corner you want it to teleport from.

No I meant just a teleporter for a conveyer belt.

No, I don't think thats possible. But then again, I have to play around with some of the entities a bit more. Is there any way you could use a func_train?

Ok, I don't think I completely understand what your trying to do. But you can have more than two path_corners in a 'path'. It will just continue to the next path corner. So if I understand your question correctly, yes.

Could you post a screenie or a .map file so I know what you are trying to do, and could help you out more accurately?

PS. Do you have AIM,  ICQ, or GTalk?

Alright here is the screen shots details but how do you attatch a screen shot (Im a noob) if you see the blue textures on grid that is my conveyor the square that is highlighted is the thing i want to move (I would like conveyor/ func_train longer but have not finished yet) No I do not have ICQ or any other things like that I could use Dps IRC though.

You have to click reply and then click on the advanced options.  You can't attach from the quick reply box.

There is a teleport flag for func_train's, but it doesn't seem to work right all the time.  I think it has some bugs.  I've just not gotten around to fixing it yet.  Another option would be to make the items go underground or somewhere outside of visible range and pop back up at the beginning.

You can make trains go through walls and stuff, though they can kill pinned down players.

Yes but I was thinking of making a Minotaur texture so I can call it minotaurs labrynth or something to that effect and I don't think a minotaur can just go through walls. :) lol but I'll think about it Jits.
